Easy Protein Mug Brownie

In need of a chocolate fix? How about a yummy brownie you can enjoy without the guilt! These protein mug brownies taste just like dessert but are packed with protein and superior nutrition.


Ingredients:

- 1 Tbsp coconut flour

- 2 Tbsp sweetener of choice (I used organic coconut sugar)

- 1/2 Tsp Baking powder

- 1 Large egg

- 1/2 cup milk of choice (coconut milk)

- 1 crushed IsaDelight chocolate


Directions:

1. Grease or spray a mug and set aside.

2. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk egg with milk.

3. Add dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

4. Top with crushed IsaDelight.

5. Microwave for 60 seconds and remove from microwave and enjoy.
